A great place to raise a family. Near top schools, wineries, beaches, parks, and a number of dog-friendly parks including Cedar Creek dog park (off-leash dog friendly beach) and Bertram Creek Regional Park (another on-leash dog friendly beach). With most amenities nearby and everything else you need is just a quick 5 minute drive to Lower Mission. The recently completed Canyon Falls Middleschool is also in this area.

Some of the newer developments in this area include Kettle Valley, South Ridge, and The Ponds. This area will continue to see growth as there are plans to have a South Perimeter Road that will link The end of Gordon Drive around The Ponds and Crawford Estates and connecting to Stweart Road, providing a third main road access to Upper Mission and further housing developments are planned in the future.

The unique village of Kettle Valley is also located in Upper Mission. Drive down Chute Lake Road past the Upper Mission Drive turnoff and you'll head into Kettle Valley. This neighbourhood surrounds Quilchena Park, Tulameen Park, and Providence Park and consists of newer homes with a modern Queen Anne style exterior and modern interiors. A few shops in the area include a pizza shop, ice cream shop and cafe, chiropractor, and a bar and grill. A very family friendly neighbourhood with lots of parks that the kids can play in and Chute Lake Elementary is just around the corner.
